Venal - The cursed region?
Yes. It is. The PA now stands under firm orders to NOT engage unless they massivly outnumber the enemies. PA holds no control over Venal, no control of Tenal, no control of Branch. PA claims.. what? PA claims they are on control, that they are winning, and still, the last weeks and weekends, all our forces, and those flying beside us, have been roaming Venal freely.
So, here's what we have decided.
Reikoku has earnt Venal, they have it. We are granting Reikoku to have and keep Venal as theirs as to do what they wish with it, as a thank you for a job well done. If RKK will keep it or not, is totally up to them.
Evolution is keeping Branch as ours. Our friends are welcome, the rest are not.
As for Tenal, its open if anyone would like to strike a deal.
PA has decided that the only way they can win this, is if they blob up in one system, and even that fails, they are know commonly known as the 6NJ allaince.

We bring our frigates to help evol put scramblers on all the warp coring PA, and they whine that we first came to scout in relatively cheap ships.
We bring 8 battleships, and see all of 2 battleships the entire day, with all blobs on the map being friendly.
At least CFS fights, and they have been declared by damn near everyone to be dead
Evol and Reikoku have to be the most patient corps in the game to put up with this****gotry for the month or two they've been here

What else is there to say really.
For 3 months before the start of this war, CDI chose to aggress against our corporation. Eventually we chose to fight back. The whole of eve saw this was the correct thing to do and backed us whole-heartedly, from JF to the Alliances of NORAD, FU, C0D and UNICOR.
Evolution had an old score to settle and after fighting alongside them I'm amazed PA thought they had the arrogance to think they could **** them off and get away with it.
For a couple of months now, the war has raged on. There have been tons of BS killed on both sides. However, this week saw a marked change in PA policy. As confirmed by Canis Lupus of Battlestars corp:

An alliance must fight for it's right to stay in an area. Already we are seeing very few ships around the venal area. Apart from Running-KIA killing a couple of miners in deklain now and again, the enemy has pretty much done nothing the last three weeks apart from a few ganks against travelling ships.
So far this weekend, we have controlled venal. Nothing is moving around. Check the blobs for yourselves, eve people. The blobs are us containing them.
PA is dead. They are no longer in control of Venal. The arrogance of their own alliance has destroyed them. Had they chosen to deal with the CDI problem none of this would have happened. They brought this upon themselves.
Shortly we will be moving friendly corporations into venal to mine and NPC hunt. There are NPC stations here, plenty of roids to pop and atm with the NPC's the way they are... plenty of bounties and loot to be gained.
Should any industrial corp wish to move in to the area contact DB Preacher.

Untill they come on here and say they are done...thats when the war is over and you can declare victory. RSA was weak as all hell when we got invaded by NORAD and allies. We held out for a month with almost no reasources in reserve. PA is...well was rich so they can hold out for a lot longer. Keep them locked down and they will sufficate. Only way to kill an alliance is to be everywhere and stay there. RKK, EVOL or anyone else need help filling a gap just give FU a call.

1. Sir Molle has the classiest smack talk. Wee bit arrogant, but better than most of the stuff posted in these forums. PA isn't posting cuz they've been told to ignore this sort of thing. For an alliance with hundreds of members we got pretty good compliance.
2. Evo/m0o/RKK: You guys fight when you feel like it. YOu like to set up log-in traps, otherwise you safe spot or log off and hide just as well as the next guy. We've taken to counting how many of your people are logging out in the same or the neighbouring systems. We know roughly how many of you there are and that several are just sitting on teamspeak waiting to log in if we agree to a "fair fight". Quit using the "now legitimate" log-in trick and you might get more fights out of us. Otherwise we'll wait til we have numbers to kill every one of your people logged off at or near that system. Oh, but then you don't fight. Hrm.....
3. You guys should prolly help your allies. It's been kind of a bloodbath in Deklien and Fade. But then you guys would rather lay traps than defend your friends, and rather bait people into doing things that you yourselves would never do.
4. Someone asked for an official reply. As you will no doubt remember from the last 2 times Evo posted silly ultimatums/victory announcements our answer is "we will take it under advisement". You may not find that funny, but we still do.

PS. Ask Shrike if we fight in equal fights. The last time I remember him losing his Apoc I was in the gang, and we all agreed it was a fair fight. It was civil, polite in local and real PvP. We shared accurate kill counts with each other, it was cool. Unlike this bit of childishness.

Firstly I am not currently active in game to see whats going on in this conflict but that wont stop me from making an observation
We have a peon come onto the forums saying "yeehaa we killed shrike in an equal fight" well good for you son here is a cookie Shrike has died more times then youve tugged on your little coctail weenie
Second we have him go on about people using Log-In methods to kill people. Now like I said, I dont know if this is happening, but as you yourself said, apparently whatever they are doing is allowed and is not cheating, so thus I dont see your problem with it and why it has any relivence at all other then being a weak excuse for you to use as to why you will not fight. Be careful next time you go to attack a lone battleship with your 40 man fleet, there could be 400 Evol/m0o/RKK ships logged in the next system. Just play it safe and stay in your station.
I also find it ironic and quite hypocritical that someone from the PA would be tossing around the use of log-in's as either a cheat or dirty tactic, as last time i was up in the Venal area fighting, I was witness to a PA log on trap (yes kids, the kind that is bad and that the Dev's and GM's dont want you doing) where not only did a large number of ships just log on, they logged on at the station we were currently fighting at in the middle of the battle, and when it was all said and done, your numbers were 3 times that of ours. So please, if you are going say "ohhhh you bad and you suck cause you log in to attack us and we dont like that" make sure your hand as well hasnt been dipping into that preverbial cookie jar as well please, no one like a hypocrite.

I heard you guys were headin for 6nj and was tryin to get there. Only problem was that I was 7km from the gate and there wasnt anything for me to warp to in front of me. I've been a recreational competition gamer for years now, and am proud to say that I have never cheated in any game I've ever played online, and have never been a part of a team that endorses any form of cheating. The number of times I have been called a cheater by clueless muppets is quite astounding, however. These days, I take it as a compliment.
I hope that I never find myself in a gaming team that resorts to accusing my opponent of cheating in order to save face after getting beaten. To me, those kinds of players/teams are as idiotic as the cheaters themselves.

Because you are the most boring corp in the game when it comes to fighting. Your tactics of safespotting may be valid and certainly work but their certainly not fun, people would rather head off and hunt corps that fight.
If your corp hadn't bored us to death in the last war I'd consider fighting you, but I don't plan on spending weeks making the game boring for myself and you guys as you sit at safe spots or we sit at safe spots.

You miss the point. Log on traps was something Evolution did to us. You are the ones that cried about it when same was done to you.
There was no 1vs1 agreement when we killed Jackal. Besides this was exacly the way one of my guys got killed couple of days prior.

1. Log in tactics are no longer illegal. So nobody is calling anyone a cheater, least of all me. Lighten up. We've seen you do it, petitioned it and found out it's now legit so yer not cheaters. The point that you all seem to have ignored is that we can't trust that the number of people you have in local is the real number, we have to count those you have logged off in and near system. So we do. If that means we seem outnumbered 2 to 1, we won't fight. And neither do you lot.

delted post when i realized u guys were talking bout a different guy with a simmilar name. Our CEO Jack Jeckel lost his ship along with 2 others in a corp mining op that was attacked in L-C. There was 1 R-K in local for about half an hour. There was no blob on the map anywhere so we werent worried. Then all of a sudden, there were over a dozen R-K in local. They ganked our CEO and 2 others using this tactic, it works, its effective, but pls dont sit here and claim u dont use it, its insulting to urselves and everyone else.

Whooooo we get accused of a log in trap twice in 1 night when in fact we have never used it. Let me explain for you. When your CEO and his 2 m8's died there were 4 of us in local with abou 10 of your guys. In the next system were another 5 RONA-KIA sitting on the gate waiting to jump. Your 10 attack our 4 and the rest jump in and kill your m8s. No one logged on its just you guys rely on the map to much.
As for Jack Jeckel well there is a thing called map lag this is when you move really fast through systems the map is behind. The one R-K pilot located them in a belt we jumped in and kill them end of story.
We never use log in traps we never have so STFU.
I am trying to track the chat log from the fu chat last night when TAZ911 asked if everyone was ready to log on in H-PA i think that shows enough.

Its a ******* game. m0o plays this game for fun, and for fun alone. We're not preachers of religion, belief, or none of that other crap. If you find RP fun, mining fun, trading fun, whatever.. you're paying a monthly fee, and if you're getting some fun out of it, then power to you.
Playing for fun to us means stroking our egos and your corpse at the same time. We like pvp, win or lose, if we get some fun at the end of the day, then we're happy.
If we were to go around cheating, exploiting and using lame game mechanics to beat people, where would the sense of accomplishment come from? Log-in traps may be a "legal" tactic as deemed by CCP, but its still a lame one and an ineffective one. We dont use it.
Just because you see us log on and off a lot doesnt mean we are using login tactics. I for one had terrible connection problems and various game bugs which required a quick relog to fix. I know people also close the client when they run off to do something for a few minutes, because its the safest way to make sure you don't get killed while away from the computer. Whether you believe me or not is irrelevant. We'll still be here at the end of the day helping you all into a new clone, and getting a real kick out of it too.
So stop all your whining, your excuses and pitiful moans. The fight is ingame, and if you can't win it, just keep your mouth shut to preserve a little bit of dignity.

I have nothing constructive to add, wish I was around to play. This weekend I can get my pc out of storage when we move into our new apartment. This laptop is only good for getting on the forums and watching EVOL with friends take Venal, turning it upside down, again.
I broke my strong hand yesterday, 5th metacarpal. I can't wait to take out a lone PA miner, weakhanded.

While I sip up a cup of coffee a few thoughts on the reality of fighting the PA last night. I got back from weekend away and slipped into a comfortable battleship and went up to Venal to join a RKK gang for general patrol and PA hunting. Mostly of course we found nothing beyond a few cruisers to kill that were swiftly despatched and we must have travelled 30 odd jumps round the sights in a vain search for mayhem.
Anyhow, back in 6NJ we finally got a fight and engaged a more or less equal force in a running battleship engagement between jamming and counterjamming focused capital ships. On the whole it was entertaining and lasted for a while and I got to fire a lot of torps and cruise missiles while we chased (and were chased in turn) round the planets. We scored a cruiser kill then suffered a battleship casualty and then were increasingly outgunned and though we tried pretty hard to even the score against an enemy Armaggedon we eventually withdrew (since it was about 5 in the morning UK time and we were all now cycle jammable by the enemy forces).
Local afterwards was mutual respect and "good game", "nice fighting" etc etc. Everyone had tried pretty hard and fairly, and it was a decent honest combat.
Then GODS arrived in local and started the forum smack talk.
Lol, these guys had not even been involved in the fighting and here they were cruising into system to deliver the smack dosage like the kings of the world or something. If it hadn't been so sad it would have been funny ;)
And this Presidio and Stoop is the problem with your corp in my opinion.
And its the wider problem with the PA on the whole I think. You guys do have some decent member corps and some decent members obviously, but they are pretty much humilated and smeared by the actions of talentless mouthy alts and no-account wastrels. I actually have reasonable conversations with some PA, yet its the "mr late and missed all the fighting but feel they have a right to talk utter rubbish" brigade that run your politics and PR campaign on the whole.
All mouth and no action.
I am guessing that in the heart of hearts of many PA they will actually be grateful when this is finally over and the PA admits it is finished because they will at last get to remove the "PA tag" in the corp description that binds their name and reputation to the conduct of disreputable elements and yahoo boys.
Still, until that happens I am going to try my best to remember that some in the PA do just fight without the insulting and lame no-substance smacktalk and regardless of appalling affiliation with embarrassing allies these fellows may not be 100% bad.
Lets just hope that some brave decisions get made in the weeks to come and decent guys realise that a lost cause is not worth bartering their souls for a few more hours of halflife and faint resistance.

Sad but true alas, I have the guys name somewhere because I added him to the block list when he started to get annoying, he was sounding like Presidio's alt or something (either that of a clone fellah spouting the party line). But one things for sure, he certainly didn't fire any guns or launchers at us!

PA is dead. They are no longer in control of Venal. The arrogance of their own alliance has destroyed them. Had they chosen to deal with the CDI problem none of this would have happened. They brought this upon themselves.
Shortly we will be moving friendly corporations into venal to mine and NPC hunt. There are NPC stations here, plenty of roids to pop and atm with the NPC's the way they are... plenty of bounties and loot to be gained.
Should any industrial corp wish to move in to the area contact DB Preacher.

Jade I used to have much repect for you your stands on all the main issues. While you have a great gift with the words and I would have no chance battling it with u in the forums (not that I ever do) I thought we still had some respect for each other (as corps) MY Bad? Thats all I really have to say on that matter. As for ad IceblockHEAD, still holding grudges of when you and your first mates had to disband your corp cause you liked killing miners? Careful what you say son could come back to bite u in the azz!
