Yeah, I'm trying to organise something that starts at a more sensible time with my corp / alliance for the afternoon because we definitely will not be going to Fabric, that's for sure ;).
Somewhere inexpensive, and not hideously pretentious, not playing that awful weak-ass house music really f*ckin loud, like so many places do.
Probably at Moon Under Water, Charing Cross Road, about 1530-1600, or that pub down the bottom of Mansell street (Goodmans Green is it called?) we had the meets in before, that's only 5 mins walk from Liverpool St.

p.s. if anyone happens to miss their dinner the bagel shop at the bottom end of brick lane has some nice bagels. [the one with the white sign not the yellow one next door]. smoke salmon and cream cheese ftw.

Yeah, Mad4it and I got there about 3.30 after having to search for the place for 35-40 minutes. Was fun except for the venue, its hidden location, lack of seats and lack of decent food. Was nice to speak to all those reds again even if I threw up all over some deserted tube station on the way back. ;)
Journey home took three and a quarter hours in the freezing cold which was less fun.....

Was a good time.
Then The Causality kidnapped the party and took it to the Witherspoons and it became a GREAT time! :D
Was awesome seeing some faces I hadn't seen in ages and meeting random new people ;)
I think I may have to arrange a January meet there again.
Will be able to book some/all of the pub just for us depending on turnout.
FYI: It's really rude to vomit inside a pub and then sneak off and not at least let the staff know you've left a pool of sick outside the toilets. They really weren't impressed with that.
