No ship is changed on SiSi and the patch notes neither.
Do this means that you think that the current situation is good and do not require any change?
DO this means that you didn't hear all the voices on the forums?
Do this means that you didn't work on them at all?
There are ships that must be fixed, and what you give to us is... certificates...

Then the type of communication you would be looking for is an "email". This is an electronic message from one individual to another.
"Forum posts" are visible to, and able to be commented upon, by a community, and are designed to facilitate discussion.

I cant believe youve managed to make a post which looks like it could say somthing but i read it and im left knowing nothing more then the fact you think SOMTHING should be happening.
You can never have perfect balance, SISI isnt the final cut it never has been. Just because changes are on SISI doesnt mean they will hit TQ- anyone unsure just think back to when they made warp disruptors a chance module, CCP do listen to people and they realised that it wasnt the direction their subscribers wanted the game to go.

dude, chill.
Patch Notes are not even out yet and won't be for some weeks to come. Ship stats like base speed and mass ARE being tweaked so just wait until it's announced by ccp.

Speed changes are under test
Missile changes are under test
Web changes are under test
Balance the ship before completing the test . It is only logic. doing the work two times is better than one.

You're assuming uniform density of materials, for all you know, those little nobbly bits to one side of the ship are some super-duper-dense uber-alloy and the ship is perfectly balanced...
