What is a stealth generator?
Closest thing is a Cloaking Device
These can be fitted to any ship, some with bigger drawbacks than others.

There's several types of cloaking devices but they essentially fall into two categories;
- normal cloaks, they can be fitted to any ship with enough slots/CPU and allow you to cloak while stationary or moving, but won't allow you to warp cloaked. The different versions have more or less drawbacks (speed reduction, targeting delay/time)
- true covert ops cloaks, these can only used on covert ops frigs (not bombers) and Force Recon Cruisers. These allow you to warp cloaked as well and have no speed or targeting time penalty and a much lower targeting delay penalty.

There's a whole array of stealth items within the EVE exported database but none of which I believe are actually available in game.
