Faction frigs are purely for epeen, bar from the hookbills hp tank. And thats of no value to you, as even when fitted for dps...well - HA! Go Kestrel.

The plex thing suits my playin style at the moment, I'm logging on for very short periods, but quite often. My skills are predominantly tank based, and am working up gankability, I also fancy a nice ship, I dont really wanna train Frigate V, or indeed assault ships, but still enjoy the fast and furious action that the plex has to offer I also would like to invest some time in both guns and missile skills, which I guess leads me to ye olde Hookbill... I guess?

You'll notice how incredibly superior it is compared to other faction frigs. With the setup i use, i can permatank a drake/myrm, with 14k shield hp too. Plus, EM has never been caladri's friend. And even more so, i never said an AF cant break its tank. I said no t1 frig can get a better tank, and most AFs cant.
