Say I run a Minmatar agent in Minmatar space. Would I be able to make more in Caldari space with a Caldari agent?
Basically I'm trying to figure out what corp/agent to work towards to be able to make decent isk in missions.
So which pay the best?

Best rewards come from a Quality 20 in 0.0 sec. Worst rewards come from a quality -20 in 1.0 sec. I'm pretty certain (effective) quality and system security are the only real influence on rewards.

In high sec, look for a Level 4, high quality agent in a 0.5 system. Then try to find one that isn't too crowded. Race is secondary to that consideration - but you will make the most ISK if you can find a good item to sell from the LP stores.

If you salvage your missions, given current prices, I would say that the best agents are those that would pit you against Sansha and Angels. I run missions for Caldari Navy and I am too often pitted against Guristas, wich have not so lucrative salvagiables.
Sansha and Angels drop a fair amount of tritanium bars, armor plates and melted something, all of them sell for a nice sum.

To answer the topic title: no.
To expand on that, you want to mission in Amarr / Minmatar space to get the best "stuff". That is, the best salvage and loot. Gallente space has pretty decent loot as well but not too good salvage. Caldari space is absolute worst for both but has the most agents and arguably the best high-sec agent, in Irjunen (which you want to avoid like the plague unless you like intruders in your missions). In all cases, agent race is mostly irrelevant (you will benefit from sticking to Amarr / Minmatar agents however as you will get a slightly higher rate of Angel / Sansha's missions).
There are many good quality agents in 0.6 systems and you should look out for them for the best payouts, but avoid any system with 80+ active players in it during peak times to avoid lag or other people problems.
But, yeah. These forums seriously need some indicator that the post has ended and the sig has started. |
