not this again. Rifter and breacher are the best non-specialized frigates in the game. for pvp that is. and they both happen to be minmatar.

Other than that, Rifter for guns, Breacher for launchers, Vigil for EW (yes, they are specialized after all)

the vigil is uber quick cos of it's 5% bonus to speed per skill level. Stick 3 overdrives in the low slots and with min frig 4 and nav 4, you have a top speed of 576m/s. Add an MWD and cap batt in the mid slots and a few mini projectile weapons and rocket launcher in the top and you have the best equipped shuttle ever :D

Depends.
Non elite I like the Vigil most. Nice slot layout, very fast.
Claw and Stiletto are both nice, but rather a support ship for me. At least compared to Caldari interceptors, who can act better on their own, due to good firepower and 3 med slots in both of them.

personally I prefer the vigil for its awesome PvP capablilites (it¦s a great tackler), breacher is a so-so tackler and great with rockets, and the rifter is the ultimate frigate killer.

I prefer the Vigil for mining because it can handle 2 Miner 2s where the Probe can only get 1 Miner2.

...have made some prety nice speed experiences with a slasher... small, cheap, yet fast and can be a surprise.

but.. rifter, breahcer, vigil, all are ecellent frigates
aslo true for the interceptors
claw is the taranis's baby brother, in terms of sheer gun based short ranged wtfpwnage
