A few days ago the improved cloaking device original bp was given out to myself.
This means that improved cloaking devices have started being made at a new improved rate.
Currently a few of my devices have been sold but now I would like to take preorders from new buyers.
The improved cloaking device will cost 50mil and will be sold in Yulai DED.
Plz send in your eve mail pre-orders to me soon
Hopefully we can help launch cloaking properly

Then charge a resonable price, 25mil sounds better.

Sorry to be sceptical but the BPo were only added to the research que today.
Almost smells like an attempt to drive down prices.
