So CCP, When Will You Start to Put Some Consistency into your PF?

Now correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't this the cathedral moved to Amarr during an event a few years back? I'm pretty sure that it was, since I was one of the hundreds of people who did the missions to move its bricks one by one to the EFA. So when did they move it from Amarr to Tash-Murkon Prime? Dulce et decorum est pro imperium mori.
