I dont get it, Caldari are not Arian, Amarr are not from portugal, Minmatar are not black and gallente are not from europe..
So why make an asian race ?
Next : white race
Black race
Hispanic race!!!!!

I think politio-economically the Caldari are sort of a US-Japanese hybrid, but theres no doubt the Caldari phsycially are the most American-looking in the game. (is a lot of why I picked them, Im a Yank dont ya know...)

Caldari to me are deffinately asian.

Amarr=US conservatives no doubt and euro christians from way back when
Gallente=US liberals or maybe todays europe
Minmatar=pick your ****ed off not so well off group of people

LOL... I bet all the GMs are laughing their butts off right now.
I gave some good ideas up above and used some nice smily faces as hints but nobody seems to have even mentioned it .
I roleplay... there is this computer game called "Earth - The First Genesis" where i play a character in the early 21st century. |

I would be inclined to say that the Caldari are not Japanese/American so much as Japanese/German -- Gallente being French/American, whereas Amarr seem very much orthodox (Byzantine? Tzarist Russian?) to me..

sigh, don't you people ever do any research? as a veteran eve player and one who actually *knows* the background i'll clear the origins of the races up for you as far as possible:
Caldari - Japanese/Finnish(scandinavian) origins.
Gallente - French settlers from Tau Ceti.
Amarr - Group within the Unified Catholic Church.
Minmatar - No distinct origin, presumed racial mix.
get it right this time, i don't want to hear any crap about caldari being UK/US or amarr = russian anymore.

Same game where you could get past the language filter by using capitalization.(and that game NEEDED a language filter. Thankfully, Eve doesn't. You all rock  )
