ZAKARIUS	Posted - 2008.10.23 19:05:00 - [1] Count Montecarlo and Feline Ferocity were members of Ministry of Destruction corp until a couple of weeks ago and all seemed fine until Count decided to leave us which was cool. Feline at the time was a director and she also decided to leave us. This started out on good terms with no attitude at all but then once they left it started to turn sour. They tried to recruit members from my recruitment channel and also came onto my vent to do this. I then blocked them from the channels and so it begins! A few days later they both came into my vent in the lobby when i wasent around and tried to log in as other members. In the end Count logs into vent as me, Zakarius (i have all the ip logs to prove this). He then convos one of my members to tell him that i didnt want him in my corp and to leave. After a few more lies he then went on to add that a carrier was on standby to help him get his assets out of our hq. In the end my member stupidly accepted this and handed over his assets via a contract,still thinking it was actually me he was talking to. (I also have the full chat logs from vent to prove this as it was done on type and not voice). Feline has since been onto our killboard and due to us renting this board from a third party i couldnt change the admin password quick enough and she had the password also. Anyways they both deleted all of our kills and added quite a few fake titan losses. We have no way of retrieving all this info so basically have lost kills and losses from the last year. They also both tried to get into the admin on our forums the other day but failed. I cant link the proof but i can mail anyone who wants to see it all. These 2 people are not to be trusted in any shape or form!!!

Second, I have been there myself on exactly that scale so my sympathy should not be underated! WoW, 146 account guild. A niche forms, discontent and misdirection is applied, some left our guild, they then started to recruit from our (paid for) ventrillo server! My blood is starting to boil...so I'll spare you the details. If you have IP logs from their attempt to log into your corp forums as the admin then button them up and send them to your ISP (or whoever you see fit) as that is highly illegal. It happens a lot yet gets so little attention. I would not expect much to come of it (unfortunatly) as a little revenge at this point would be wonderful for you. I'd also go ahead and submit a reinburstment petition for that guy's assests as he was (and can be proven via ventrillo logs) tricked into thinking the carrier was their on your behalf. Be sure to send those files with the pettion. Weak I know, but submit it anyways and perhaps something will come of it. I can't think of anything to be done about your killboard, sorry guy. What is puzzling is all the effort they went through to F you up. There is definatly more going on here than you care to say, that or perhaps you were blind. Either way, I feel for you man. Been there, done that and I wish I could kick them in the junk. BTW: The douchebag that gutted a great WoW guild actually LOOKS like a complete douchebag (saw his real life picture a week ago, a year after the fact). Life will make life painful for those that cause us pain because Karma is a tenatious *****.

But what they did to your killboard, and accessing vent through someone else's account without permission is real ****. Heck if they get into your voice server using someone else's access without their knowledge then that's probably illegal in a lot of countries. Look on the bright side, sounds like they could have taken a lot more if they hadn't left the corp when they did.
TheGuvna	Posted - 2008.10.23 20:05:00 - [4] Ok, I would like to add some more info to this post. 1) When they infiltrated our ventrilo, they actually scammed a new corp member, one who had not been in the corp long enough to really understand what had happened. This member lost a heap of ships and equipment. By taking these goods off someone who played no part of the "politics" of the issue is proof enough that there was no agenda to what they were doing. They were just out to scam. 2) You can read a full TXT of the actual conversation Here and Here you can see the IP changes made by Feline Ferocity and Count MonteCarlo, You can also see them perform another name change. Please feel free to use these IP's as protection to your Ventrilo Servers. We have listed this information here strictly to make you aware of what the two charachters are capable of doing. Its up to yourself to protect your own interests and the intrests of your corp members. I am available to discuss any questions you might have in game under my charachter name. Thank u TheGuvna

I'm the person who's been watching all your shenanigans from over the shoulder of Feline Ferocity, not only have you gone out of your way to be a complete douche of epic proportions by making it personal from the beginning, but you also feel compelled to fire off real life threats. You're like one of those kids in school that doesn't seem to get it. You get punched in the face and come back for more, and more, and more.

There were no threats of violence made to anyone, the only threat that was made was to report peoples IP's to the authorities. If your going to jump up and protect your partner may I suggest the following; 1) At least stay within the boundries of truth. 2) Realise the fact that what she has done is wrong, and as someone trying to portray themselves as a decent human being you should be disapointed in her. 3) Answer me this, in which part of your relationship with Feline did you realise that she wasn't grown up enough to answer for herself? I must point out that when YOUR members asked us about our new corp, and where we were, and what we had been up to, we told them directly that we wasn't going to discuss it because you would say that we had tried to 'steal' members... No one stole any members from anywhere. I think you just made that excuse for the pure sake of it tbh. The killboard thing... YOU gave out the password. The Vent thing... I once had the pleasure of being in his gang when he engaged a 60 man etheral dawn/IC fleet with 5 Drakes and killed 1/2 of them before he gave the call to disengage. I just wish I could be as good as Garmon, but unfortunately we're not all perfect. I might join his corp in the future when I've gained more experience, reason I'm not posting on my main is because I don't want to **** off MOD (because my main is in it) But yea, Garmon is way way way the best pvper I have ever seen, he is crazy, I also once saw him take on a 15 man gang solo in his Hyperion, and won, it was so epic man, anyway n1 garmon
