She is a pretty reasonable and level headed player and therefore I think that a lot of this is nonsense. I am sorry for your players loss, but if he/she was stupid enough to hand over items to someone without proper confirmation then they this is a lesson in hard knocks and a good lesson in how to be stupid. I disagree with corp thefts and messing with killboardS (if this happened). Halo

Having trudged through multiple schisms as we liked to call them in my endgame raiding guild of +200 in Wow, I have long since lost any notion that people when put to the test, will always somehow behave in the interests of anyone but themselves. Let's be honest, this is entertainment, an escape, and a way for people to enjoy a consumer product, namely a video game, in the safety of their own home. Be who they are, who they may be, and who they act like, this is a paid service that they are using. So most of them, are reasonable, and practical to a certain degree, and you can form some very lasting friendships, like I have, with people you will cherish the rest of your life as close friends. However, do not expect them, when pushed down the line between self satisfaction and the good of the whole, to come to a finite decision that their entertainment matters less than the welfare of those around them. There are few people like that, you will be lucky to run across a corporation made up mostly of people with that mentality. They are out there, but do not expect any random recruit to be your next BFF. NEVER, give anyone responsibility over liquid and physical assets that you cannot afford to lose in the same way you do not fly a ship you cannot afford to lose. Of course there are scammers, of course there are vindictive ***s out there who make corporate espionage their pastime but let's be honest, they can only scam you if you give them the ability to do so. One suggestion I do have, a direct solution, is having a vault for both liquid and material goods. Require each corporate division to transfer all funds to the vault when they exceed a certain amount of predetermined cash flow. Let's say for argument's sake, 3-4 bil. Any ISK after 3-4 bil that any business division earns with your corporation, is to be deposited into the vault, and a ledger will be kept of all funds that each division has beyond their immediate capitol*, the 3-4 bil. Do this for manufactured goods as well, if you stockpile goods for large hauling runs, make all divisions place those goods in a holding hangar, that only you have access to. When the time is right, trust and transfer those goods to someone who has already dealt with hauling them before, and has at least proven they won't immediately screw you over the first chance they get. This is really common sense business practice. Keep a vault, that only you, the CEO controls, never promote a director, and require all divisions to store surplus goods, materials, and ISK in the vault.

What comes around goes around. I doubt anyone on the entire server gives a crap about him in any way now. Sucks for a guy like him too, who is a guy's guy and needs the male bonding and absolute devotion to his glory to feel like he's worth a crap.

But sadly, this was not the case. My heart was gone!!! She had stole it from me, and she had fed it to this hideous Bazman character!! I cried for a couple hours, than made plans to get revenge. Then I decided to quit Eve, so I contracted all my stuffz (freeform) to people who wanted it. The contracts eventually made me rich, so I gave up the idea of quitting. So, here I am, a rich but heartless guy, and I truly honestly deeply share the OP's feelings. Only I don't, because I have no heart now. Cheers Edit: who the fk is this Count?

At the time when Feline joined my corp i was in need of help in leadership i agree, so yes this is partly my fault for giving her this role which she quite clearly abused. Members come and go in any corporation but when they leave and blatantly try to recruit members then of course i have to take this personal. Im the ceo so why wouldnt i? This all started as i banned them from my recruitment channel and friends channel. I did say that they could invite friends into their own channels. I had several members of MOD coming to me saying what they were saying to them so i had to act and yes i did send a mail to them inviting them into my new recruitment channel so they could at least recruit my members in front of me. THEY infact took this personal. They couldnt get to me so they took it out on an innocent member of my corp who had nothing to do with this at all. Scams happen in eve and is accepted as part of this game but why totally mess up our killboards? This is certainly childish behaviour. They have issues with me thats fine, then come to meet me somwhere and lets get it on, but there was no need to totally destroy a years worth of data on our killboards which affects everyone, not just me. Anyways, i dont need any fellow corpies or scammers to back me up here, i have produced the evidence and proof in the hope that this might help someone else when they try to scam them down the road.... 1) Count used identity fraud out of game to scam in game...FACT! 2)Feline was also involved in this scam and used passwords to disrupt a healthy killboard and also tried to disrupt a forum... FACT! If as u say i started this and u have isues with me then why scam someone else? At what point have i scammed u? At what point have i deleted all ur kills? If this is between me and u then why take it out on other members of the corp? Nuff said!

Most of us are one the same page here I would think. 1) Scams within the game itself, are no one else's fault but the CEOs 2) Scams out of game, are bad form, and should be reported to CCP per the EULA if said parties admitted within the game that they committed these overt acts 3) Sympathy and ire run both ways, try to avoid attempting to bludgeon players for scamming. Just report them, so the next few corporations they attempt to join will pod them instead.

I am fairly certain that could not be clearer in the EULA. This would be like going to the grocery store and verbally assaulting someone for buying cake instead of pie. The fact of the matter is this, They scammed a totally innocent person out of equipment and have blamed it on an on going feud with the CEO. They also used out of game tactics to commit this scam and this makes it even worse. Using an out of game tactic takes away the cleverness of a scam, it brings it towards a sign of real life dishonesty. I myself have always been ok with both of the players and have never argued with them. As Corp mates I found them good fun and spent many hours in game with. So my posting is not out of malice, or bad feeling. My posting is about the disapointment I have in two people who I regarded as friends. There is always two sides to every story. This thread has had at least 24 hours run and amidst all the "Fun posters" and l33t speak, there has never been a denial from either of them that they committed this act. Therefore it is pretty conclusive that they did it. With that information at hand all that needs to be said is beware when dealing with FELINE FEROCITY and COUNT MONTECARLO as they have been proved as scammers.
