what graphiccard are you using?
my gf4-ti42000 can only render d3d/opengl on one screen at a time. and therefour eve doesnt function on 2screens..

What are you trying to acomplish with your dual monitor set up?
It is possible to run eve on the primary monitor while have some 2d program open up on the other. Or span the eve window across both monitors. But I am not aware of any program or consumer grade graphics card that would allow you to seperate 3d programs.

For the record there is a card that can do this. It's called the Parhelia (128MB), made by Matrox. I hear its not as good as an ATI/nVidia card though. If you do have a card that can do dual monitor 3D it better be a good one cus rendering Eve to more than one monitor will really put some strain on it :D!

Actually, if you have more than one card in your PC (that is, one AGP card, and 1 PCI card) then you can run EVE on both. I think the best PCI card you can get is a geforce 2 (or the lower end geforce 4 ones. Not sure about this though).
However, if anyone knows what the best PCI card on market is today, then I'd like to know.

I have GF 4 4600 and 2 monitors work fine. It spans Eve over the 2.

I'm running a GeForce FX 5200 and it has dual monitor capabilities. I run Eve windowed on one monitor and have my browser/chat/minesweeper(yes i get bored some days) open on the other w/o any problems. The only times it slows down is when I put any heavy pull on my internet connection (512k cable)
