Greetings to all pilots,
Recently i have expereienced a sad story of the hands of CA alliance.
I have meet while trading a pilot named Hellspawn666 , and from word to word we have agrred to fight a 1-1.One of the rules was no jamming.
He said he is in Great Wildland and wont fly far.I agreed to come there hoping for a great fight.
After lots of preparations we have meet in the meeting system.I warp to him start to attack notincing he is in scorp.Suspecting whats going on i look in local : of course another pilot appears.At this moment Hellspawn666 start to jamm me. I fast change direction, fire off mwd.The other bs warps in. they both fire at me.The other bs with mwd starts going after me.However due to my skills and supreme gallente ship technology , he cant keep up.I manage to escape.
[Edit : the other ship wasnt bs but blackbird ( as crusher166 claims and i believe i could be wrong) , possibly i have mismatched during my escape was a bit in hurry:) .Still it doesnt change anything it was cheating]
[Below typed in anger, im taking this back]
So all pilots dont trust one word of CA.They are liars with no honour.Only way to deal with them is shoot at sight.
CA you are not dign of flying ships, my rage towars you have multiplied.
Last time i visited Curse you have lost 2 bs,5 cruisers, 5 frigs before nailing my ship.
Recently your Shinra corp has lost a bs to our raiding party in Pure Blind
Look out for me soon again , and this time you will loose more as my rage will fuel my fire.

Yes there are pirates with honour , i have even fought alongside some of them.
If not honour they at least loved fighting so much they wouldnt destroy such a nice opportunity to fight.

LOL I'm not at all miffed at CA. In fact, most of the corps involved are rather appealing to me, and once I feel I have something worthwhile to offer I might submit a resume to a couple of CA corps. I just know enough to realize that, at some point, many of CA's pilots have often and rather proudly claimed and committed acts of piracy.

ahem well one thing you dont lie about is that you were going to whine on the forums. First of all let me start by saying you so clearly full of yourself you believe your the one of the best i would take the ods if i were a blasthron vs a scorp with no ewar.... Especially since i knew you have scout weapons fitted. Crusher was not a battleship by any means he was there when i realised i couldnt disrupt you well enough, plus doesnt everyone here think that you were trying to set me up saying no ewar not letting me ban drones i had no say. Your in CA space therefore we had all rights to shoot you never hid that fact. keep whining all you like those who hate the CA are the only that will back you... plus killing a few CA members really doesnt mean much to me somthing tells me you were full of **** from the start im not all that keen to fight suicide however your scout stuff woda been nice to keep. Have fun running away some more maybe you'll come back with some buddies and show me that you can actually fight opposed to banning anything anti your ship.

If you have a problem with a pilot or a corp then keep your spiff talkin to them careful how you word things being as though you dont know as much as you think you do about the CA...

True :: Most of use enjoy pvp looting just happens to be a bonus of pvp
As for your 1v1 any REAL 1v1 battle will be no holds barred meaning anything goes as long as its 1v1 i wasnt there so im not about to say earthan this or hellspawn666 that but as far as im concerned if you were in CA space then your KOS just as i expect to be killed in any other alliances space and i mean podded as well and i must say unlike you if i was ambushed i wouldnt run id go down witha fight collect my insurance isk and build another ship ;) And as for (edit) Quote:

Ae, I'm in complete agreement with Enslaver here. My corporation, Zoners, would not condone a false pilot-pilot fight. There's no honour and certainly no glory in it. I mean, if you can't trust the pilot to honour and agreement, can you trust them to honour your corporation?
And why'd he go and do something like that when there's plenty of fights to be had with pilots from The fenix Aliiance up north and closer to U-Q, Stain crews, XIF crews. . . plenty of fights to be had with doing something like that.

First you agree to all rules , to a 1-1 .I have asked you many times if you agree to them you said ok no problem including no jamming.You could have told no to the rules, you could have discussed it.
Then you break rules by coming all ew outfitted and you bring a friend with you( of course atm the battle starts so i have little time to escpae).One thing is outifittting for comabt when anything goes one thing is outifitting for 1-1 with rules.
As for skills of pilots and smacktalk you are really pathtetic by not having me destroyed.One webifiwer would propably be enough or a freind in frigate/inty with mwd and webifier and warp scramble.
So not enough you cheated and set a trap you have done it so lame.

I have found with some difficulties some logs of it .Of course it deosnt say i killed them in logs , but you can ask those pilots, and there are some evidence in logs like you cant target pod ....
And of course i could fake them but think about the amount of work i would have to put to it....

for pitys sake shows your bored stuck in CA space i didnt call my friend in till i knew you would run hence y u had a headstart.... to be quite frank i dont really care about any threats you had in mind if you were to kill me i wouldnt care i move on it happens... No need to get all *****y about it and for your information i been in every battle vs teh alliances furhter south i was just refitting down in the GW when a ship full of expensive scout gear comes along. Megathron is faster then a scorp so i wouldnt be able to chase you anless i fitted dual mwds. Well if you want a fight come along ill fight you no rules you cant rule out anything in a pvp. Plus as for the honour matter here i never said that it was meant to get my honour if i had killed you u thinki wuda been a ponce to go talk about it on the forums? i put every ship i can towards the CA fights NORAD would be just another alliance to back down after alot of ships being lossed and you ganking a few guys no-oen would gain anything. Smack talks just such a waste of time im starting to bother why im even bothering to check this now....

The no EW rule for 1-1 is a sensible one imho otherwise only valid choices would be a fast locking ew scropion against even a faster locking ew scorpion.
The one that locks first wins.Not much fun in this.
You can say a raven equipped with fof would win , yea it would but he wouldnt lock and warp scramble so not much of a decisive ending anyway.
Its just that with 1-1 with EW most propably one of us would easily warp out , other would have the satisfation of having jammed the opponenet.Not much fun.

My spelling is bad because i was currently trying to multitask 3 eve accounts at the same time so my computer was lagging a little making it difficult to type. This will be my last post i got better things to do then look at forums all the time. For the record i prefer cruiser battles its faster and more interesting the bs. Goodbye and i guess ill run into Earthan again somday so ill see you on the battlefield.

We are no pirate alliance, we are an Evil alliance. Atleast that is what i hear generals say, the word Pirate rarely is mentioned. The word evil alliance is something we talk weekly about.
Third:
OC indeed has rules of engagement in dueling, we have several dualists who are not beaten once in duels.
Fourth:
When you see me, don't think ill be dueling you or any OC, like i said we have dualists but we all arent dualists. Most of us are specialised killers who have no desire for intensive long battles who take long to prepare. We have goals, that is defend our regions and fight our enemies, in my personal opinion a duel cannot contribute to that fact. However we are fair about it, we dont dare you into a duel to jump you. We simply explain to anyone that when we find him, we will try and kill him.
A code OC maintains, and alot of our brethern, but not all of our CA brethern.
