k, As I'm not a man of many words, i'll recreate the story in a few lines....
1. Alliance created 11/2007 2. Hospitalised in rl 10/2008 3. Come back ingame after 3 weeks 4. Alliance is deleted because of an outstanding bill of 8mill 5. Corp wallet has more then enouph 6. Contact CCP by petition 7. Nice reply is 'yea dude, you gotta pay another 1bill to get it sorted'
THIS IS JUST PLAIN AND SIMPLE BULL****!!! CCP YOU FAIL!!
Wot about a reminder mail? Wot about automaticaly deducting it from master wallet? Wot about mailing the CEO's of the Alliance corps as a reminder?
Ever thought of those options ccp b4 you cheat out corps for billions????

Edited by: Habigor on 24/10/2008 17:25:53 I understand that there is a mail when a bill comes in, this we all know. But tell me, why is there a way to settle a late bill for an office and even get your goods back from impounding after paying a small fee and there is nothing, aside from 1 single mail when the bill is created when it's about an alliance?
I mean, I respect the fact that CCP has other things todo then make sure their bills get paid, but in case of a corporate office, you have an elaborate mechanism to get it sorted. For an alliance they just delete it.
It's just wrong to ask for another bill when it was already created. Sending a reminder mail to the ceo's of alliance corps is not too much to ask is it.
Sadest this is, now we probably gotta wait another 6 montsh again b4 the allaince logo is added if we need to create BCA again. CEO the Black Ops *RADIO STATIC*

Edited by: Habigor on 24/10/2008 17:32:46 right, I suppose I had to ask the docs to operate me with a laptop nearby so i could'ff payed the bill whilst i was being operated. If you have no clue wot this is about, keep your comments to yourself.
The above comment was for anonymous troll, seems he deleted his remark. Eather way, I was not able to get online, kinda difficult with tubes sticking in your body CEO the Black Ops *RADIO STATIC*

Edited by: Habigor on 25/10/2008 09:18:00 I understand wot you're saying, but a pos can be handled by more then 1. I mean, the roles decides wether you get a mail or not. As far as allaince bills go, the exec is the only 1. |

Final reply from CCP:
Hi,
You received an evemail from concord informing you of the maintenance bill at 2008.09.22 12:44, and did not pay it.
I'm afraid that as such the alliance was indeed disbanded.
As no bug or server related problem was involved in the loss, I'm afraid you will indeed need to pay the alliance creation fee again.
My apologies for the inconvenience.
Best regards, GM Zhainius EVE Online Customer Support
On a final note:
Only CEO's and directors can pay bills. So if there are no directors in corp, the CEO is the only 1 that can pay the bill. Same goes for alliance corps; if only 1 corp in alliance, there is no backup.
Thank you CCP for nothing, as per usual. CEO the Black Ops *RADIO STATIC*
