after over one year and holding to ccp its time to leave this community. we lost several ships today of the simpel fact that ccp is not havin a spine to give back any loses caus of simpel in fact server problems! and this is an difference if someone loses his ship throu npc¦s or during an pvp combat.
if you wanna help an corpmate, caus he is in the situation of losing his ship, you get to him and lose your ship on the same way caus of an lag! and this after an server backup, database improvment etc. im simpel not more willing to pay an cent of an customer treatment which shows definetly no spine for the people who pay for this game AND (!) shows definetly no spine and love to their own great idea of such an game.
principal its and great idea, the fault is simpel that ccp all wants to see the money of the people but have no clue of customer treatment. that is after all (i play since release day)now my opinion. i holded long to ccp caus of the fact its an small software company with an great idea, but now after several answers which showed that noone at ccp is willing to treat people who pay like customers, more like idiots who pay and after the money arrived they dont want have any contact!
sorry to say it that way, i holded long to your idea and really loved this game. but this kind of customer treatment is definetly not worth any cent of my money! why shall we pay, when we get punished for carring on this theoretical great idea!? i guess this view is really ment not bad, but now is an lvl reached. i played lots of mmorpg, the term of, lets say 3 to 9 month is absolutly normal which is needed to get the hole "system" running, like it should. but this now . . . . i dont talk from things ccp wanted to implement into the game, which are stil far far away. sure its an complex game. theoretical great; reality is sad, caus of no fair behaviour and treatment from responsable positions.
i left an other mmorpg caus there was on the first view really nothin better with the hole possibilitys of eve. sad is that an negativ firm politic is bringin people now to leave, as everyone of us can see on goin down online counts.
