Chapter 1 - Summary of Xabier's Capital Production
Xabier's Capital Production is currently producing all Carriers, Dreadnaughts, Freighters / Jump Freighters and Rorquals these are sold via Item Exchange contracts via the Ships Trade channel to reduce market transaction fees, I am currently producing 14 regular capitals 11 days and 4 Jump Freighters every month. These are built via minerals bought directly off the market and then constructed from researched component blueprints and ship blueprints. As for the Jump Freighters advanced materials I am doing a lot of the more lucrative complex reactions and then constructing the components myself.
Chapter 2 - Background on current business
Previously I ran a research pos business both sucessfully before being closed down and with the profits I invested in a moon mining network for a corporation which eventually expanded to running 24 towers more or less solo for approximately 3 months before the politics of the area became somewhat more unstable and the assets liquidated and with the profits I was able to invest into capital production, which over the past 4 months has grown to a net value of 87.4bn. The rapid growth has been helped through my first Bond Offering of 12bn and the 2nd Bond Offer of a further 9bn.
Chapter 3 - Corporate Governance
I outsource most of the labor to smaller corporations or individuals, this reduces my labour while not affecting profits to much as it allows quicker production whilst not making me too dependent on an individual source. As I do sales through this character it enables me to secure income, production is done with 2 other characters one which imports the minerals and all are able to build from the components and construct the components.
Chapter 4 - The Business Plan
What I plan to do is similar to before, with the exception that I am trying to increase the size of the business by 50% as well as for my preparations for Midas and Orca production.

Chapter 6 - Full Disclosure of Risks
1. War Dec's, during my biggest concern, during my previous bond I had 2 war decs to deal with, if necessary I should be able to hire mercs again to deal with any serious threat.
2. Interruption of Broadband service, this shouldnt be a major problem as I can still do dialup connections, however it does seriously infringe on my ability to moniter my orders, reactions and sales so I'm prepared to invest into a mobile broadband account if necessary.
Chapter 7 - Exit Strategy
Should the business fail I will continuing to pay the bond ammounts as agreed (from my regular capital production) until I have the funds to cover the bonds, starting with the largest investors first, this will probably extend the duration from 2 to 4 months.

Chapter 9 - FAQ
Q: How do I know this isn't a scam?
A: Risk / Reward, right now I'm heavily invested in production and I have reputation to protect on the trade channels.
Q: How do you know you'll be successful?
A: Capital Production takes a long time, requires large capital investment and thus avoids people who don't understand the economics of EVE particulary well, I've been doing this for a while now whilst sometimes people do sell at a price below what I consider an acceptable profit they arent producers of ships but people who need cash desperately, due to long production times as a builder I have learnt patience.
Q: Why are you doing this?
A: Primarily because expanding this business has become my primary goal in eve, Midas I'm hoping will expand Industry and give me more options to explore.
Q: What's your background?
A: Five Year+ EVE veteran with a degree in Information Systems Management as well as English Literature.

That's more than 50B in BPO's. Why not just lock those down via EBANK and offer this as a 100% secured IPO?
Actually, if you don't mind locking down at least a modest portion of those BPO's and perhaps toss EBANK the 15B in stock I'll happily take a 5B share in this venture. I'll even pay a fee for the trouble of securing that stuff.

The valuation of stock is done from build cost and I have them currently for sale with a markup.
 I seriously misinterpreted the meaning of the word stock.
EBANK would create an alt/research corp, lock the BPO's down in it and give an alt of yours the ability to copy from them. You could then build off the copies. Ricdic actually use to run a big research alliance, Zzz, if memory serves. You can copy/research them to your hearts content at a full POS but you can't take them unless they're unlocked. Is this a viable option for you corp?

Ah no, 1 component bpo can produce 78 copies a month, 1 ship bpo takes 30 days to copy.

Ah. So putting them into a copy cycle would cost you a month's profit. I can see why you aren't jumping at the chance.

No offence to Xabier but how large was your last offering? Just seems like you are scaling up and up. Unfortunately this is both how legitimate and scams work. Anyway I would like to see a bit more oversight on this, 50b is a considerable amount and I can't remember you ever being in the public eye unless it was looking for funds. |

The first offering was 12bn it was broken up into blocks of 4 x 3bn but all were subscribed, then 2 weeks in I expanded it to a further 9bn (3x 3bn) taking the total to 21bn.
Your right about my posting history, I rarely post on anything unless I am concerned about something i.e someones figures that don't add up, so most of my posts will be updates on my own business.

I sure would be disappointed if Xabier walked away with my money (and I've had almost all of my ISK invested in his bonds at some point) , and such chance is always present.
however, so far he has show himself as a trustworthy individual. he has a business to expand, which is especially relevant with the release of QR, and a reputation to lose, should he decide to pull off a scam. I imagine that for someone is his position, losign a reputation would also meanlosing a lot of buyers.
additionally, I think that 50b is too little of a sum to scam for when Xabier himself has quite a bit more than that. I would only pull off a scam if it would at least double my assets.
