I read the OP at 0200am my time, go to bed to think about it and log in to this morning to invest 1bil and it is fully subscribed. There is way to much ISK in the game. This sucks...the only IPOs to invest in anymore are the one that are going to fail or are going to scam you. And I have a feeling that this is only going to get worse. i might as well give all my isk to ricdic at least i get some return on it.

You could try Dynasty Bank, not as well established as EBank but seem to be developing a good reputation for themselves.

This is a rather disturbing piece of info. Expanding in order to secure funds for an alleged market manipulation, just one month from your last offering? No one (aside from organizations the size of Ebank) should be given access to enough funds to allow them to retire for the rest of their life from active duty.
