the new skill for the orca "industrial command ships" is there any skills needed for this skill to train? i didnt see any on the stats released from ccp. just wondering.. and is it on the test server yet? thanks ppl

It is there on Sisi, and originally needed Mining barge V, Industry V and Mining Foreman 1. However it has changed to Mining Director I and the final skill I forget the name of (the one related to the Orca itself) which costs 50mil. Makes sense as it is basically a mining command ship with a pretty nice cargo bay.
There is a thread on it somewhere, have a look about.

I don't know what your smoking but its still Mining Foreman lvl 3. No director required.

thanks...i got on earlier just as the server shut down. and i have all the requirements. dont forget space ship command V too. and a couple others. all i need is that new skill then ill be good. :] too bad i dont have the 400 mil too buy the ship.:/ |

Good to know, but I still stand by what I said as at that time I was sitting in, and flying the ship with Mining Foreman 3.
