I played it for a while, I liked it a lot. I didn't have any problems with fps or crashing, and hardly had any lag (except in huge battles). It was a lot of fun when I played it, there have always been some balance issues but nothing that ruined the game for me.
They've got a 30 day trial for like $10 right now, might as well give it a shot. I think it's one of those like it or hate it games, not really any middle ground.

The free trial has been ended now, so there's no more lame people trying to experience ***** their way to the highest BR they can before their trial runs out. IMO it's a great game, I'm even going to buy a subscription again in the next couple days while I wait for Shiva. Some of the battles (especially bridge battles) are just amazing, and tons of fun.
