2003-06-10 ISA is founded in the Metropolis region: Today Intergalactic Security Agency was founded in order to counter the rising criminal activity throughout the region. A few resourceful men and women under Supreme Commander Macar have been given the arduous task of building a strong and vigilant organisation to serve and protect the region and its inhabitants.
2003-06-13 ISA starts recruiting: Already the queues at the few ISA offices are growing with young men and women willing to serve a good cause. A few are selected into the ranks of ISA, but as those denied returns home they can rest assured that the fate of the region now has taken a new sharp turn.

So only now, after Concord has increased it's patrols, do you find the courage to face this growing threat?
I hope your clients have deep pockets for your sake and for ours.

pirates YAAAAR
I have decided i hate pirates...
Gimmy a yell...maybe i can help i some way to contribute to this...
Btw about the patrols.
concard as imho a bunch of retired fishermen not knowing the trigger of a cruiser from a fishingpole. They horribly fail to assist anyone in distress.
i believe the time has come for us to secure our own piece of space and quit baring the scars of passed pirate attacks.
EVE is not a pirate universe. There is a place for everything and that means there must also be a place for us carebears to work in peice without being set back a couple mil every other day.
I stand behind securing metropolis completely. if we do nothing noone will and pirates will be able to freely continue their ackts of insanity and brutal murder forever in EVE. i believe metropolis to be sacred and dedicated to hard work and piece. Pirates have no place amongst all this.
We feel that you pirate people should go and mingle with your little friends in the outter regions. I do hope you will get along..although i wish you wouldnt and all exterminate eachother.
just ask yourself...what happens when crime takes over a sertain part of the world?
The 'good' guys nuke the place or come in with calvery to kill anyone baring weapons with hostile intentions. I hope this will be the case in EVE aswell. Pirates have had their run...its an old and done with story and frankly its getting increasingly annoying and bothersome to live in a place where pirates pull the strings. I think the time has come to trade in the old mininglasers for heavy caliber weapons and swarm the pirates in their own homes...
Maybe you have the bigger guns...but you cant use em if the wreck of our ships are blocking your line of fire.
I say we finally put a stop to this. Even if they kill 50% of us the other 50% will bathe in your by boosterdrugs thinend blood.

It's the exact same things as what Zombie did, you may not attack in "safe-areas" (empire/within sentry range) without loosing your ship.

It's no wonder Concord had to be called out. With pilots the likes of Ulendar, who cannot seem to learn from their mistakes, we will soon relieve you of your possessions and use them against our former captors the Amarr.

Crepiscule,
I strongly believe you have no possible idea of my skills as a pilot. As far as i know we have only had an encounter once with you and that was at a time when i made a fooligh and hasty decision wich i should have not. To say i don't learn from my mistakes is to tell a lie.
I most definitly learn from my mistakes and that is the reason why we have not had further run-ins with you. There was other encounter where a ship was lost this was mere coincidence. One of my pilots stubled onto a gate wich was camped by you while he was on its way to pick up purchased goods. It was an unfortunite joining of cercomstances. I have since set my corporation stance with RC to very bad to warn my pilots when RC pilots are near.
Although i have much sympathy for RC and its principels i have yet to see you stick to your principels. You speak of keeping the spacelanes clean of foreigh rifraf. You speak of folowing the patch your ancestors paved for you. Yet i see your pilots attack minmatar ships! Even defensless ones. I don't see there being any honer in attacking unarmed ships with the intention to destroy it for no other reason then your entertainment. To have honer means you treat other honerably!
I would not be surprised if you have killed or looted more minmatar people then you have foreighn ones. For these reason wich i believe to be a fact i cannot agree with the ways of the RC. You have nice principels...now if you only had the stamina to stick with them, i foresee better stance between us.
My conclusions i have made come from nothing but my personal expirience with RC. I do not know how you deal with others. Although i hear little good things of RC from fellow minmatars. Although i do not know the exact details i can only presume that you have dealth with them in a simuler way as you have dealth with us in the past and those ways are in direct conflict with your so called principels!
If you wish to speak of principels you should atleast make sure they are upheld by all who hold the banner of your corporation on their ships!

Yes, I will admit it. I have killed my own people. It is hard for others to imagine the rage that comes over me in the midst of battle.
Memories of my enslavement as a child fuel fits of rage that overcome my judgment from time to time.
I have since sought council from our clan shaman and he is working with me to channel my need for death towards the other empires.
While Minmatar lives may be a bit safer now, their cargo and ships will not be. In order to free our people from all forms of slavery, be it physical or economic, all Minmatar people need to "donate" their possessions. Willingly or otherwise.
That being said, I expect no less from the enemies I've made or the ones I will make in the future.
