Not much info on that site, but so far 1:0 for Black Prophecy, in terms of graphic.

Not much to see on that site other than 4 publicity shots. The graphics do look pretty sweet, but that does not a good game make...

I hope they decide to distinguish their ships better than that. Those are all boxes, with eve you can easily tell (assuming you can actually see the ship) that hey, that's an Osprey, that's a Raven, that's a Mega, that's a Rifter, that's a Nyx etc. All have a distinct shape and style that is easilly distinguishable not only between races, but between ships as well. A Raven is blatantly different than a Scorpion and a Rokh, even at a glance. The ones in those screen shots... not so much.
As for competition, CCP has had years of experience and just general time to fine tune their game into what it is today. Yes it has it's problems, but when you take the time to think about it instead of griping about what's wrong, it's amazing what CCP has accomplished. I don't really think this newcomer will put up much of a fight against EvE. |

Is it me, or do those thumbnails for the screenshots remind you of Gallente green, Caldari blue, Amarr yellow and Minmatar rust? Think they are going for some subtle similarities? |

Twitch based online space combat? Good luck with that. May the best ping win!
The trailer is the least informative for gameplay I have seen in a while. Which tells me a playable game is a long long way off.
Pretty though, I'll give it that.
