We initially discovered an issue with the CPU load on the Cisco Switch following downtime, this issue is now fixed, however there is a secondary issue giving us a packet loss on our load balancer. We are working to fix this now and will update you all as soon as possible.

We have found the source of our network issue, and it is something that requires taking Tranquility offline momentarily to fix. We will take the server down for a 30 minute downtime, starting at 16:50GMT.
We estimate Tranquility will be open again at approximately 17:20GMT.

Originally by: Frank Doberman CCP, why have you shut down the server?, I was playing just fine with no problems at all, "my logs show nothing"
Because our logs showed something.

The server is starting now - we had one start up issue at 1720, but that is fixed. -- |

The Tranquility reboot did not fix the network issue, our Operations team is looking into it and we'll give you more information as soon as we have it. |

There's not much we can say at this point, our network guys are working on it and they're closing in on the problem. |

Yay after 39 pages.. More guys more!!.... We might get another reply at 7x pages
Well, we can't really post an update when there isn't one. It'd be "still no news" closely followed by "nothing yet" and five minutes later "nothing to report now either" and so on. |

The network guys are still looking into it, what they're basically doing right now is making a plan for what actions to take and how to do it. There's no ETA on how long it may take to fix this, but as I've said before, when I have the news you will get it. Not immediately since it takes a while to write things down, but as fast as I can write it at least. |

Our network guys are currently working on a solution. Meanwhile, Mindstar came into the office and waved a golf club around, I'm taking that as a good sign while ducking.

This is mainly an issue on our end I believe. There appears to be some general internet issues as well tonight but they shouldn't be affecting that many people. Our network guys are working on a possible fix for this, but we'll just have to wait and see how it goes. |

Tranquility will be taken down for a second unscheduled downtime at 21:40 GMT. We expect it to be back up and running at approximately 22:10 GMT.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the issues tonight, we had problems with our core switch causing network communication issues which we have worked around and Tranquility is now up and running. We have experts looking into the problem to find a solution and meanwhile we are monitoring the server around the clock. Once the experts have found a solution we will inform everyone on exactly what happened, what the problem was and the resolution to these problems through a dev blog or a similar venue.

LOL, I think Wrangler likes to see how many lame attempts we can put up in order to achieve something as pathetic as page 75 - so he went and turned off "Page length" - so this page 74 will be infinitely long :D
LOL, I was wrong ... again ;)
I will request to have that feature put in...
