Today, I ran on an ennemie. A big battleship waiting at a gate. Just wantying to scratch him with my thorax I locked him and shot with my 5 gun.
I wanted to jump after and said him "See you later".
But in less than 10 sec, the jumpgate was blocked, concord was there and I was in my pod 
****, I'm a noob, it was a .5 sec system !!!!!
OMG Just lost my 7m thorax (god thank for the 40% base assurance).
Checking log...
Lost guns, ammos, overdrive, afterburner, power diagnostic...
...
Did I told you I had 1 secure cargo with 15m worth of zydrine and megacite ?
NO !!!!!! IT BLOWED !!!
Lost half a cruiser (thorax), 15m worth (cost me 10m to refine from a friend).
Why did the god of stupidity had to fall on me before I put those mineral on the market...

Define enemy.
Cause concord will blow your ship up in 0.5 if you shoot innocent ppl, you know.

your an idiot...if you were in 0.0 and shot him...YOU WOULDN"T HAVE BEEN ABLE TO JUMP FOR 2 MINUTES. jesus people learn the game mechanics. now i've lost ships in empire cause i thought i was in 0.0 but my god man, you weren't even at a belt or planet, even if you were in <.4 the sentries woulda tore you apart. DERP-A-DERRRRRRP!!!!

Perhaps we should have a place to view all Concord laws and security status regulations instead of pouring over dev logs from the last year to find out. It would be nice to have a place for newer/less knowledgable players to read directly. You also wouldn't have been able to jump for a time due to aggression against another pilot. That is on top of having concord ships shoot you in .5's and above. Most people would rather play a game than do research on it.
If there is a place to find those rules please let this less knowledgable player know.

hope you recoup your losses.
but on a sidenote, if you are flying a cruiser and carrying 15M worth of valuables you are deemed to know something about the game mechanics, you should know not to shoot people in empire space, unless in <0.5 and in belts. you should know that you can't jump/dock after you engage in PvP and you should know not to take risks with valuables on your ship.
and a word of advice, practice stuff on a frigate :). I've lost countless frigates while experimenting with game mechanics :)

I'm assuming you turned off the message that pops up that warns you that its a criminal act to fire on someone? Either at that time or at some time in the past? They couldn't make it any more obvious my friend.

Since we are talking about acts of stupidity, I wanted to let ya know I too took part in a stpid act that cost millions.
I wont go into details (embarrasing) but I lost my Scorp last night to a 500k NPC (I think it was a Dom, was Serp and started with an E) Lost about 30 mil if you count modules and difference from insurance. Now I got to go and build me a new Raven.

That stupid message pops up regardless of what space you fly in, it also pops up for every gun you activate. You wanna try PvP with that retarded message popping up 8 times.
