No do not put them on the market yet, some of us rushed round pulling our fricking hair out collecting those Jove bits and deserve a little 'ha ha look what I gots and you don't'
BUT, DO NOT nerf something which isnt even that useful. 2.5km I agree would be fine.
So HMV consider Andy Williams and Dean Martin to be "easy listening" do they? Tell that to my mate Dave, he's been deaf for 20 years.

How is that an exploit ? Ore theft happens in Empire because you cannot do anything about the theif without severe concodoken.
In low sec space the exact same thing can happen by any pilot sitting at a moon in his indy scanning the belt for you to leave. Even better he could simply come and wtfpwn you whilst you mine.
Cloaked ships still appear on local (which kinda sucks imho) so I fail to see how this would be exploitable or any different that currently.

Edited by: Estios on 02/07/2004 15:02:29 And Oveur, you are doing a nerf to stop people deliberately getting Concord to******smartbomb users ?
Lame
Cloaking should be considered a hostile act in Empire space, simple as. As said somewhere else, why on earth would the Amarr or Caldari Navy (or Concord or anyone for that matter) let people fly around THEIR space cloaked ?? It makes no RP sense at all. You are punishing a hundred cloaking users because a couple of tards get their jollies using Concord to do their dirty work (although I do find this tactic rather amusing).
If I was Emperor Dorian whatshisface I wouldnt let anyone start flying around my homeworlds cloaked and bypassing my Navy ships undetected.
When lame coward noobs used alts to fly around their ships in empire and dive bomb into incoming missles thus getting missle firer killed by Concord you used to reply to petitions with 'Its a valid tactic, Im sorry' but then I guess after a hundred petitions you decided to make missles only hit the intended target ....this was unrealistic but appeased the masses. Why shortcut the fix this time ? Its a pretty lame get out fix if you ask me (not that you did )
Please reconsider because RP simply dictates authorities wouldnt allow Cloaked vessels. Try going into your bank a few time wearing a Ballaclava or Tights over your head and see how long it is before they ask you to remove it (4 mins was my experience )

Yes you are correct, we use ours for scouting.
Can you imagine how pointless it is to try to Scout and then escape through the gate. Currently you can get intel and then move right up to gate, uncloak and then jump (what I feel is the intention of cloaking) but after this ghey nerf you will uncloak within 10km of gate.
Kinda crappy Im sure you can see
