How's this for newbie stupidity. Guy must of have bought his character on Ebay. He warps into a belt in a .7 system, in a shining new Megathon. I'm sitting there Indy mining, minding my own business. So the guy targets me and (giving him the benefit of the doubt) accidently orders his drones to attack.
Well you all know what happened then, Concord comes in and spanks him hard. (I think he got 1 or 2 of them btw) Been there, done that, but the kicker is the guy warps to a station and proceeds to immediately undock in a Apoc?!?!?! All the time threaten to come and pod me. Well of course Concord destroys the Apoc to as soon as he undocks (guess he didn't know he had to wait a few min before undocking) I got some loot from both his cans and laugh so hard I fell out my chair.
So the moral of this story, if you going to buy/play a uber character. Read the rules so you don't lose all it's prize possesions 15min for doing something really stupid. Nor cause another player to harm himself laughing at your stupidity.

Or a corp thief destroying corp assets, maybe even from corp member hangars.
Maybe the real life relationship broke, and a corp security manager lost it.
What you described pretty mich sounds like on purpose destruction.
There is no faster way to bust up battleships in Empire than that.

You can only put items into members hangars, not out of.

well he might not have been a newb.. i did something similar a few weeks back, i was only after getting a new apoc and was using it for lvl3 agent missions.But i took a break and went to 0.0 space in a cruise as i didnt have enought to fully ensure my Apoc, after about 2 weeks i came back to empire to get my apoc and do more missions to make some isk to insure, when i got back i decided to take my apoc for a spin se as i wasnt in it for a while. so i warped to a belt and decided to shoot a few rats
but in error i accidently locked a player in an indy and didnt realise it :P until concord were spankin me from all angles.. moral of the story when workin nights dont go flying your apoc when you just wake up :P

even more useful is refine the items if there is a refinery nearby, once turned into minerals difficult to tell and apoc from a mega.
This seems like someone not in full control of their character as to own and fly these machines takes a bit of effort.
