Would love to have in-game music by Jesper Kyd, I have been a great fan of his, ever since he and Mikael Balle formed the legendary demo group "The Silents". I had tons of their demos for the Amiga back then.
I feel he would be a perfect choice for Eve, because much of his music has a futuristic and technological sound, and a fantastic atmosphere. I also like Jon Hallur's work a lot.

There is a new Swedish band. they do really nice soft music (no techno crap)
check them out at www.somamusic.net if you mail them and ask I bet they would send their new CD to CCP for free.
I bet they would love to create a tune or more for Eve-Online.
Good luck on finding something less weird then the music in eve now. I cant stand it
Regards Yolo / Ken Sweden.

Bone Thugz 'N Harmony
What we need in this game is songs about drugs, guns, ho's, shootin people, losing friends in gang wars ect. Nothing more eve-like then a song with a gunshot as its chorus.
(for all who read this, i'm just kidding. Bone Thugs N Harmony's my favorite rap group but rap doesnt work well with most games )

Tangerine Dream
They have made some outstanding movie soundtracks since the 70's and they just seem to keep on plugging away and the latest one I heard was entitled "Purgatorio"

Iron Maiden. Have you heard their take on Rime of the Ancient Mariner?
And Luca Turilli purely for his work in Prophet of the Last Eclipse. Sheer amazing cosmic power metal album. ~~~~~ Eve System > Channel changed to Kehour Local Channel
Concord Commodore > You have got to be the worst pirate I have ever heard of!
Mebrithiel Ju'wien > But you have heard of me! |

this is easy. Amon Tobin hands down...perfect blend of upbeat techno and mellow electronic sounds; second place: Dj Shadow; third place: Zero 7; fourth place: Trent Reznor
and no, hard rock doesnt go with this game.. come on. wtf.
