No restrictions on anything. Generally I find the NC/Coalition to say, "you have to pay this much, defend the area, leave when someone asks you to, can only anchor poses here...etc". It seems a lot more restrictive, and generally the conditions are worse, and much more crowded... Truth doesn't belong here, does it? We don't recruit anyone, go away.
