to developers of successful in game browser websites
does anyone who has a successful (i.e. working) in game browser compatable (html 1.0) website hosted on æfreeweb hostingÆ services. If so I would be most grateful for a link in the right direction... So far I have had no luck with viewing a html 1.0 document uploaded onto a free service (banner ad free) via the in game browser.

Perhaps your free hoster uses a javascript based banner system (e.g. pop-ups), or a frame-implemented thing.. I don't know.
But as a side note : The eve browser doesn't support HTML 1.0 , just a subset of it's tags.

I'm currently using www.freeuk.com. Its erm completely free dial-up isp that gives you 25mb webspace. Loads of tutorials etc. On their website http://www.freeuk.com/dialup.php
I use it with no problems for my in game website. I find I do have to use the freeuk dialup though to upload files.

Thank you all for your replies!
The first free web server I tried did indeed have a java script based banner ad on every page, the second was banner ad and pop up free, which led me to be a little confused at first.
Again thank you all for your input, I truly appreciate it, and IÆll be looking into my options. thanks.
