I ****ing despise nothing more than some ****sucker who pretends to be a friend and sneaks into your fridge to eat all your Ben and Jerries while you're asleep and doesn't pay the ****ing rent. Goons fought and died for that space and I don't give a **** if it goes fallow, goons will be the ONLY ones making use of it or goons will be cutting out the cancer. I mean it when I tell you that this applies ACROSS THE BOARD."
