Welcome to Torture Club, the beginning of a highly organized S.O.C. lethal strike force. The founding vision is to establish and maintain deep impact grief and torture campaigns against the most hostile and blob worthy alliances. Focused on special tactics and role specific fleet command, we will strive to dominate every foe in our path; maximized damage and hostage taking for every region we enter. We will start with independent operations, having training goals to kick out and control key nullsec npc station systems. Once we are confident in our ability to dominate this objective repeatedly against well established corps, we will look towards being the best operating fleet in eve and test our small and precise setups against blobs eve-wide.
Torture Club training grounds are to be established in FDZ4-A moving forward and all applicants who wish to be considered shall apply within. We are currently hiring commanders in the following roles;
 Director of Operations, European Fleet
You are the cornerstone of all fleet operations for all European pilots, including Australia and Asia. You have the authority to command and direct tactics, assign commanders and recruit special operation pilots for all campaigns. Your immediate job duties would be to establish the recruitment centers and fill roles for the highly specialized skill point pilots who thrive with team work through specialized operations.
Director of Operations, American Fleet
You are the cornerstone of all fleet operations for all American pilots, both North and South. You have the authority to command and direct tactics, assign commanders and recruit special operation pilots for all campaigns. Your immediate job duties would be to establish the recruitment centers and fill roles for the highly specialized skill point pilots who thrive with team work through specialized operations.
Strategic Operations Commander
You are the cornerstone of Torture Club Special Operations and develop fleet training programs, special operation fleet arrangements and overall tactical analysis of goal oriented missions. You will work directly with all Director of Operations to coordinate and train for missions as well as schedule and facilitate operational logistical planning and resource allocation.
Looking Towards the Future
We will also be seeking the following pilots, however hire is not going to happen until we have the director roles filled. Feel free to inquire though and the director can speak with interested pilots when it is time.
1) Fly Commander - Commands small ship type pilots to annoy bigger entities like a fly on cattle. HAC/HIC/DIF/AF/INTY
2) Logistics Commander - Commands all command ship, logistic and EW pilots in a fleet to ensure adequate coverage for each squadron. Trains EW pilots for target selection having a good spread and maximum effective. Trains logistic pilots for best combat positioning in various engagement scenarios, training for managing multiple targets while maintaining capacitor with co-pilots.
3) Damage Commander - Commands all pilots having their core role as damage target acquisition. Provides tactical training for target delegation, choosing primaries; secondaries; etc, how to support EW and logistics while maintaining destruction.
We will also have capital ship operations, but it is to early to announce those positions and we may decide to recruit from within for those positions.
