It's got more to do with the fact that most of your descent pvpers joined PL or even Goodfellas. All you have left are a hardcore 'few' a screaming twinky, an always potential disaster in BE and a bunch of severely average newer corps. I think what people are implying is the guy went into a major panic and ctrl+q'd, then no doubt someone said "but weren't you aggressed because of the hictors?" and so he desperately tried to log back in and then when that failed he claimed his computer crashed. Now I don't know which version of events actually occured, but I can tell you which one is more believable given the number of times it has happened (thats the ctrl+q, ah crap I was agressed one). Whether you like it or not, "ah my pc crashed" has been used far too many times for anyone to believe it anymore.
