According to the latest dev blog the patch should come today (Tuesday)

That said, where are the patchnotes? The patch itself? The announcement on the news? I see nothing, unless CCP managed to cloak the patch and they will uncloak it 1 minute after the DT.
Having clusterproblems suck, but promising things and then delaying them everytime is just plain stupid.
EDIT:  Oops, my mistake. I really thought it was Tuesday today.

Man, i could have sworn it was Tuesday.
But I still would like to see if the patchnotes get released today and if we do get a patch tomorrow (Tuesday).

At least the length of the DT interval is known, posted today on EVE Insider News page:
Castor Patch 10 deployed Tuesday 6th of July, downtime 08:00-12:00 GMT
