Working theory: from the camera angles, there were multiple cynos. The one the titan came through was behind Kador's fleet at a distance so that when it fired the doomsday it caught the Amarr ships and not the station or the Gallente ships. I was eaten by a grue If you study the video you can get the impression that there is a big cut between the station opening fire and the Gallente ariving. The storyline team actully told us why thay cant do in game events, basicly its one part "its got to be perfect" and one part "we are 5 people with 2+ jobs" Also anything that comes from CCP as aposed to player driven events has a stamp of CCP approval, thus the story team's hands are tied till the dev team comes out and goes, we want to destroy jita in a big ball of fire, in which case the story team goes woo hoo.
