They'd just sell to existing buy orders, and traders will relist to what they think it's a "fair price" they can still squeeze out of the market.
Since the supply of cadmium isn't all that huge, several traders could actually normalize the price levels fairly well.

I just noted that the "unrefined" unit produced are only 1 m3, after people react 100+100 units of raw moon materials.
Is anyone able to confirm this?
If it is so, I can see a side effect on the use of unrefined materials.
You would be able to move large quantities of R16 materials reacting them and producind unrefined materials. This is like a compression 105:1 (95+10) for the materials. So unrefined materials could be moved with industrials ships insted of raw materials with Freighters and Jump Freighters. Simply people will refine them when arrived on site.
Also, the unrefined materials will need only two coupling array. And a coupling array will be enough for 60 days of continuous reaction.

That's actually a big improvement, since the anounced initial numbers were 100 units of unrefined reaction... hooray for logistics.
