I'm currently a bit tired of whoring the forums and markets for good deals.
After my first venture into the loan business with Jess Ica as my client, with an initial loan amount of 16b (which currently is still running) i've decided to put available 50b ISK for investments.
Proposals and offerings are welcomed however I will probably go for the more known names on the MD forums (which I read from time to time but never post on) and based on reputation in eve.
The ISK will be available for 90 days after which it needs to be paid back in full.
Please no spamming ingame, if you are legit post in here so that the entire eve community can see it.

Jess Ica has an asset secured loan of 1.5% per week. I am building of that asset for her for which she provides me the materials and gets the produce on a weekly basis (contracted for the interest amount of said week).

After talking to Jess Ica today she advised me that she required an additional ISK loan worth 40b (secured by assets). This loan has been accepted and completed.
So we stand now with 10b left to invest or loan out.

Accepted an investment proposal from Xabier for 10b at 6% for 84 days.

all loans from Jess Ica have been paid back in full therefor I have 50b ISK available should you require an asset backed loan.
rate is 1.5% per week (7 days).

I provide asset secured loans nothing else.
One investment is still open with Xabier which will come to an end in the next few weeks, after this I will not make any investments but will be available for asset secured loans.
