No not another carebear whine though I am one.
just did a mission with my CNR and i must say weapon grouping is cool, module timers are cool (though mission was nerfed ) and the missiles? haven't noticed any real difference since i never shoot anything smaller then cruisers with the damned things.
and tbh, I don't mind that CCP nerfed the mission, now I can do more faster and possibly make more isk at the end 
so I don't know where all the other whines come from, all clear here is this my sig?
or does my sig start here?

They come from people too ****ing lazy to use drones and a bit of sense.

Except for the wailing and screaming from those who have lost their ability to evolve, I'd say it looks like a good patch. It was about time to shake things up... my fits had reached a point where they never changed anymore.
But I have to say I don't like the new stargates. They just don't look very... 'gate-ish' to me. Rather resemble a trophy or book-end floating in space. 
Checks boot.ini... still there. Good expansion.

All this talk of "fail to adapt", "use drones" is rather silly. Naturally one would change setup/tactics to compensate for diminished effectivity of one component, but it looks like there will be an overall reduction in performance for a multitude of ships, without any way to fully compensate. So it's hardly odd that some people are complaining.
Only had a quick glance at some stats on TQ so far, ao I won't say too much about details, but I estimate most of my ships will perform a lot of missions slower. Which sucks.
Module timers are great I've been waiting for those a long time. Look good, easy to see as well, unlike the old green glow which is almost invisible against a green background. Weapon grouping is of limited value in missions for me but could be very good elsewhere.

well this more or less..
and for whining.. well if you have almost maxed every single missile skill there is and time after time seen them beeing nerfed to helle and back (torps first, then range shortence, making them primary pvp and really bad at pve and group pve, then this major nerf everything with missiles, and make them useless against anything with the normal speed of a AB and STILL not having increased dmg on totally stationary target over turrets. i see no problem in them doing 50% the dps that turrets does on fast moving targets IF they do 50% more dmg on slow moving targets. it just have too be balanced out. and give missiles some exp vel mods ffs. it is stupid you got tracking mods to turrets but no expl vel mods wtf?!?. like giving one side dmg mods but not the other) people will be quite annoyid since they have a 15mill + sp useless for what they wanted them for, and no kind of respec or anything to compensate for the loss.

Guns ask a lot more attention then missiles do.
I'm one of those with full missile skills but well it's not even 1 day after patch, lets test it some more before we all jump on the whine waggon with all the 4 year olds.

after playing some more and reading more on the forums i dont where the hell all the whining is coming from (though really dont know about nano, dont pvp alot YES IM GUILTY)
but being on nano's, my time in 0.0 I came across several nano-squads when roaming, and they ran like hell when they saw my curse in our gang nano-repellant ftw!
no real difference with cruise missiles, and hell! I even loaded torps for a certain mission and didnt notice damage differences is this my sig?
or does my sig start here?

Well how much did you care about effectivity before then? Do you know how many volleys each particular npc takes? Did you tailor your ship and tactics to cut the last 30 seconds from completion time?
How many minutes does it take you to do a certain mission, any mission, though preferably not an anti-empire faction one, so I can compare?

Why?
Like I've said before, missioning is a game of efficiency, not pew pew. Setting new records is the only fun bit to be found in missions once you've done them all a number of times. Beyond that it's just a rather dull grind for isk.
(Obviously, "cutting the last 30 seconds" does not mean missions take 0 seconds, rather they take 0.5 minutes less then they did with a suboptimal fit. Just though I should add that in case there really was some confusion there.)

instead of being achura alt #5262345876 lecturing me about that i MUST run my missions with top efficiency, STFU I play missions because I sometimes like to run them, other times I mine, then I trade etc. etc. I DO NOT run missions to be ffective, but to make some iskies. and no I did not record how long it took me to down the damned npc cruiser, because I know its still as fast since I have someone else sitting in a Rapier webbing and TP'ing my targets sometimes. but the thing that annoys me is that my Golem has been nerfed with speed, it flies 25m/s slower and CCP nerfed teh pos management is this my sig?
