Chasing a Xanadu indy 'Black Light' (note not NORAD's 'I never log off cause i am to drunk' Blacklight) in L-A5XP I followed it to YRNJ-8 only to see it not in local. I call up people and places and add to buddy list. Result player not logged on. The following convo was had in local.

Indy gank huh. I'll have to log more while cloaked I thought it only works on people with low scan resoulution to log off while cloaked. So if the pilot would've went to a safe spot and logged thats legit but logging at the gate and hoping the pilots following you are unable to lock you is cowardly. These social/ego issues are getting too complex.

The current lame practice is to log as soon you jump in, then log back in but stop warp, giving you an insta safespot that, in most cases, is not in line with a celestial object, making safespot finding pretty much impossible. They should really disable stop ship while you are still coming back to the spot you logged at, as well the add bookmark button
Won't yell at the guy for logging in an indy I guess, but I'll asume he did the above practice, and its pathetic

My grievence with FA is also linked to that with Evol and FYI we have not been kicked out of any region. There just isn't much mining going on in Tenal/Branch/Venal regions atm.

This was a mining op with many BS on protection an interceptor was the right ship for the right job and flying and interceptor round bs escorts to attack indies whilst having a full set of implants is hardly risking nothing.
To run away is smart to log off whilst still cloaked is a clear abuse of the reasons cloaking at gates was introduced.

Pugwash what about your greed of obtaining a station which did not belong to you in the first place, disrespecting the claim of a known territory owner, and the refusal to return the station and follow terms as simple as an apology and recognition of mistake. I guess that makes you a real reasonable guy. Sending your Diplomat to apologize on your behalf doesnt cut it either.
Interesting the rest of your corporation can see it and you cant. Congrats of getting your entire corp KOS due to your greed and stubbornness. I hope the rest of your players have the sense to leave while they still have good reputations.

I challenge you to name one thing that I have lied about. I was straight forward with you and stated that all we needed was an apology and admission of mistake - and yet you stood firm in the claim that you had the right to keep that station which was claimed by someone else.

How come u didn't lock the hauler down when it uncloaked to warp out ? Or are you just moaning about your inability to get him in any way ? Or did you start ranting when u saw him log and forget he'd uncloak to warp ?

Not very good from someone who goes around ganking cans in belts is it ? Maybe if we flew those you might have got the hauler. Then again probably not - you'd be complaining here before the 60 second counter had run down.
