I did. With help of proxy server I finally can connect to CCP's server and play without DCs because new route avoiding telecity servers.

You need good (maybe private) proxy server with socks 5 proxy support and proxify software installed on your computer, for example Permeo Security Driver, FreeCap, Proxifier or whatever you can find.
