I was thinking about some sort of solution to the instawarp problem that has arrisen, and a solution that I don't think has been brought up yet.
How about making warping inaccurate? Think about it, we're talking about massive distances, so any extremely minor miscalculation, or even rounding issues, could easily cause the warp-in location to vary drastically. Lets say add a Warp To option, where the destination is set to that actual BM, or to the gate, or station, or whatever, and warp directly to that location, but have the destination be anywhere within say a 15km sphere around that point. Chance that you will warp close, chance you'll warp in far. Maybe a skill can improve the accuracy, but only to a max of 50% (10% per level) making the minimum spread be 7.5km. This is close enough for a 'instajump' if lucky, or even a quick hot run to the gate for the highly skilled warpers. Either add another skill (Warp Trajectory), or make this part of the Warp Drive Operation skill, which I don't think is very highly used. A randomization of the warp location couldn't be too awefully taxing on the system, and could seriously even out some of the camping issues that instajump have brought around.
Again, this is just brainstorming, feel free to trash my idea if you have to.

Problem what problem all my Bm's work just fine :) I say leave it just the way it is. If they change it they need to cut down on the choke points.

The problem I'm refering to is NOT that they don't work, it's that they work too well. The developers intended to be able to secure gate areas, and the instajumps allow people to circumvent that. Heck, they even recently reinstituted NPC spawns ar jump gates. The instajumps make this all pointless, as there should be some way to secure an area, so that it would take a fight to get in. (Or friends in the right places). This has been a heated controversy on the forums here and elsewhere lately, and I just thought that this might be a compromise idea. If anything, I think this is inherrently very balancing. Plus it adds a bit more suspense to every warp, and who doesn't like that?

Warp Disruption Fields.
God I'm a broken record on those things. CCP has provided you with a counter-measure, use it.

Acctualy this is a good idea. provided It is coupled with a skill that let you warp more accuratly.

Yeah they should quadruple (at least) the number of enterances to 0.0 space.

Instajumps are fine. You can fix the issue with better warp disruptor fields (bugfix and power boost) in 0.0... for empire space... maybe it is time to make them legal, or introduce a very low-power version which fits into your ship as a major module?
