After being in Noir for a month a while ago i can assure you this guy is talking out their arse.

Alts: Check
Tactics: Check
Talking about how fail their killboard is at the mo is silly, all corps/alliances have good and bad moments, check out this contract, hardly a bad result.
I will continuely support noir as the best mercs out there, and I fully encourage them to wave their E-Peen around as the best mercs.
I'm expecting Brea is just a troll looking for a rise from someone so here you go heres your attention your craving, now go sit in the corner.
P.S I'm mainly saying this because Noir are professional mercs and won't resort to forum warrioring that said troll is doing, so i felt someone needed to do it for them
