Basically a 9hr fight still goin on...FUN AS HELL CCP seriously u should not have made that 'Behind the Scenes' video claiming the new expansion and upgrades can handle well over 1200 ppl in a fight...maybe consult lawyers next time before u make false advertising video?

Atlas kb shows 12 caps down to a bunch of dirty snipers and other bushwhackers (such as pos gunners). Too bad about the memory leaking, was hell at one point. Peaked when we warped to hostile tower to engage the folks hangin around outside and then as we landed we almost immediatly warped to Tri tower since someone called the hostile caps bubbled. I for one never exited warp tunnel at hostile tower. I did notice my speed gauge was 0 though. So I klicked the bm to Atlas tower, waited 30 seconds and relogged and luckily I was at our tower when I came back.

Lol Wut.....Anyways We took Vale knowing that we were going to loose it at some point. We took it to Get Fights, and thats what we got in the Long Run. I mean, we've had some epic wins with redicolus odds against us, but we've also had a few /facepalm fights. In the Long run, taking Part of Vale was totally worth it in the Long Run, and I know you've heard this before, but We didn't want That Space Anyway Edit: Oh and qwe'll likely keep fighting till the last ship

I knew the blob would be coming, and I knew we would be there in numbers to put up a fight. The hostiles managed the jump in really well û hitting all the gates simultaneously (from a grunts eye view we had no idea about the attempted DDD). Previously when hit hard our carrier blob has always managed to defend the jammer and I was hoping it would be the same again. But this time there were dreads (about 12) left in system from Thursday evening which swung the dps vs rr war. IÆll admit to getting a bit of a sick feeling when the RR on the jammer was overcome and in jumped the hostile caps. Seriously, there were loads of them û my overview was full of caps. At that point I thought we were done. Of course we would fight on, but I really thought weÆd had it. What made the difference in the end were our 2 FCs. Wetrain and Twink kept us tenaciously nibbling away at the hostiles and gradually the numbers evened out. The double DD on our tower was the final straw giving both a material advantage as the enemy numbers were thinned, but a great moral boost as well. After that things went our way. So my heartfelt thanks and much love to Atlas and Establishment who helped us out. Great work by our FCs, and much apprieciation of our enemies who gave us all a great evening of death and destruction, and an emotional roller coaster of a ride. ItÆs nights like this that make the game worth playing

Problem was graphics lag/memory leak which forced quite a few of us to relog once in a while. yea this ^ I had to log out for the night pretty early because even with relogging I was getting 1 frame every 4 or 5 seconds and it just wasn't playable but serverside, module lag was never more than 5 seconds apart from when the hostiles all jumped into system at once. That particular lag spike only really lasted for a few minutes.

I for one never exited warp tunnel at hostile tower. I did notice my speed gauge was 0 though. So I klicked the bm to Atlas tower, waited 30 seconds and relogged and luckily I was at our tower when I came back. i had the same graphical error, but thats all it is a graphical error. After 2 minutes everything loaded with the warp imagery still going and i started shooting crap, albeit with heavy lag.

Posted - 2008.11.17 06:47:00 - [83] little update on tower situations: tvn has been sorted for the time being and fighting has spilled back over to q3 and since eddz was kind enough to leave his cyno jammer offline in his only sov3 in vale(mgam) we pewpew'd a few of his towers into reinforced,meanwhile atlas has started shooting up another kia station further south while so far all tri/atlas towers that had been reinforced are now repd/re-stronted....towers on both sides comeing out all over should make for an interesting few days but seems a big part of 'kite' (tcf's part) caps where spoted cynoing back south today presumably to deal with -a- infestation...promptly resulting in this new coalition to be renamed 'ike' o0 but not good news for the mighty special eddz! gfs so far the past few days tho i hope lag clears up a bit soon
