You will not be able to tank concord for very long at all, i think in a common setup you might survive 30 secs at best |

I think concord DPS increases every few seconds so its impossible to tank them

i once witnessed a vulture tanking concord with the help of a basilisk.dunno what he did to make it work, but he docked after some time.

Small fee for wardec is much better than trying to tank concord and failing. Simply put, if you did manage to find a way of tanking concord indefinately then it's an exploit and CCP would ensure that you are dealt with.
Kinda sucks, would be nice to tank CONCORD, but alas, you cant.

But as already stated, the energy neuts used by CONCORD bring a dreads cap down in about 20 seconds

On the test server, concord killed my buffer fit dread in under 90 sec, thats around 2.4 mil hp, and my rep fit in less then 30, seems you die shortly after the first rep cycle.
Keep in mind thats besides the point, as soon as they warp in you lose lock, cant move or warp, drone control drops, so even if you could tank them, you cant do anything. |

Would you allow any on here the oportunity to tank your noob safety police force? but of course not. and allow privateers to kill even one concord ship would ring chaos through the known empires. OF COURSE YOU CANT TANK CONCORD!!!
