Looking through the objet explorer on eve-i.com I found this ship:
Megathron Federate Issue
NPC Ships + NPC Battleships
The Megathron has established itself as one of the most feared and respected battleships around. Since its first appearance almost two decades ago it has seen considerable service in the troublesome regions on the outskirts of the Federation, helping to expand and defend Gallentean influence there.
The Federal Issue is a unique ship, commissioned by Gallentean president Foiritan as an honorary award for given to those individuals whose outstanding achivements benefit the entire Federation.
Special Ability: 5% bonus to Large Hybrid Turret damage and Large Hybrid Turret tracking speed per level.

I'm guessing we'll need to wait for the Gallente equivalent of the Ammar tournament before we see this tasty looking number...

the event guys were flying it a while ago, there were some screenies in the screenshot section. its by far not as impressive as the imperial apoc.

There's a very tiny picture of a small fleet of them at:
Terrorist Strike Intercepted by Alert Pilots, Federation Forces
That's my dominix partially obscured by the star flare in front of them. :) I wish I had thought to get screenshots of my own.

From looking at the stats, it seems to be pretty much the same as the imperial apoc.
Edit: On second look, the apoc is much better all around. The federate mega needs a little cpu boost and a little something else to make it really worth while |
