With the 60% Web also Blasters run into serious Tracking Problems at her Range(this includes all Cruisers, BCs and BS Blaster ships). Also it makes you more or less defenceless at against smaller ships at close Range. So for solo, no not any more(thx CCP, for epic ballancing ).
