All good things come to an end, but for Astro this is just a chance for a new beginning.
Astro Creep has always been at the very top of EVE in terms of SP (inEve Linkage). After the first year he even surpassed the SPs covered by the top clone  ... always had 2x max implants for the skills he was training, and bought his first full +5 attribute set when it still cost 3Bn+ ISK.
Anyways, the highlights are:

Acution terms
Acution end: Sunday, 30th Nov, 22:00 EVE time
Starting bid: 10BN ISK
Minimum Increments: 0.5Bn ISK
Buyout: none
Reserve: hidden
Sniper: 30min
Financing: account expires 26th Dec, so you may just deposit 20% of winning bid at auction end, but need to come up with the rest before the account runs out (I can provide a third party reference if that makes you feel more comfortable).
Finally: I will receive the ISK and pay for the tranfer of the character which has a positive wallet, a positive security status (4.59), and no known friends nor enemies (sad, I know).

With both MWDs activated he'd approach a hostile target as fast as an interceptor can today ...

... having trained Large Hybrid Turrets to lvl 5 even before t2 weapons were in the game he would fit 2 railguns on his Raven for that extra DPS at range that was always welcome ...

Once in the early days, right after coming out of a gate in lowsec Astro noticed two Armageddons at 60km range. Both had a sec status of -10, but since they would not be able to get a point on him Astro decided to align for warp to continue his journey. Alas, his Raven was annihilated as soon as he decloaked (this was before the stacking nerf on damage mods), his pod instalocked and ... 'squish'  .
He woke up in a cloning station only to find that he lost 250k skillpoints in Large Hybrid Turrets. He had the highest available medical clone and yet it did not cover for all his skillpoints (still waiting for a refund btw ).
It was only much much later that he trained that skill to level 5 again. By then, there were clones available that would more than cover every player in EVE including those at the extreme high-end of the spectrum.

Astro you should start taking deposits from the people who bid over 35 bil m8 this will stop the randoms Bidding stupid isk and will allow the high bidder peace of mind. Lets say 1-3 Bil per bidder above the 35 bil mark. once auction is over just return the isk to the LOSING Bidders :P

To satisfy the request of some interested parties and to follow the example of an esteemed fellow capsuleer (Linkage) I will keep a list of official bids based on a flat 1Bn ISK security deposit to be payed to Astro Creep within reasonable time of posting a bid on the forums.
The list of official bidders will be updated daily starting from tomorrow and for the last time 30 min before auction end. Only those on the list will be able to bid during the last 30 min + extended time if there is one, and the rest will be ignored.
The deposit will be returned once the auction is over and there is an implicit guarantee for that by CCP. If you decide to pull out of the auction completely the deposit will be returned immediatley and you'll be removed from the list.
Here is a list of a few important auction rules, to add and clarify what is already stated in the OP:
- In-game bids are not accepted
- Buyout is not an option (this auction will run to the very end as I still have a few stories to tell)
- RL cash is not an option
- Alt-bidding is allowed (please send me an eve-mail with your main to confirm your bid)
- A security deposit of 1Bn ISK to Astro Creep is required to make your bid official
- There is a sniper rule of 30 min which applies only to those already on the list of official bidders; in other words, bids from new entrants will not be accepted starting 30 min before auction end
I hope this allows for some extra peace of mind to the serious bidders. Please let me know if you have any issues with this.
