What i find interesting is that most people think that they way i act in game reflects on who i am in real life .
In real life I command a cruiser and murder everyone who I am not sure is definitely friendly to me.
I play EvE strictly for the irony value.

In the end it's just a build contract that has not been honored. And if there was neither intent nor ability to honor that contract from the beginning then it is fraud. But nothing to be proud of really as anyone can e.g. take an ORCA preorder and collect deposits ...
Why did you even post this?
It only sheds a bad light on you, your corporation and most of all BOB.
In fact you should get kicked from the alliance, as you have abused BOB's name and it's status as a 0.0 alliance to defraud another player. Lame!
I don't think BOB needs to revert to these tactics to survive, and I doubt your actions were sanctioned or approved by any of the higher ranking BOB officers.

Imho, the victim in this thread is the true winner..
djan might have "earned" a quick 20b isk, but isk is isk, and even 20b will only get you so far..
Poister on the other hand, is the "winner" in here if you ask me, as he holds some of the most impressive views on things i've ever seen in eve..
also, i find abusing a corp's name for personal gain through scam kinda distastefull..
so poister might have lost 20b, but has a mindset worth more than that

that was in rens , the char has not been offered on the forum and he got hissy when I suggested that anybody interested should make sure any trade is done correctly.
lots of bob and kneepad wearing bob fanbois around rens at the moment , deathstar pos setup in molden heath , lots caps/supercaps cynoing in/out .
could it be that max failure has occured and they are now chasini mini mouse ?
or is it a staging post to fight the goons that bob claimed to no longer exist nearly 2 years ago ?
with russian help bob might get a victory ? ( poor mini mouse )

This isn't really a scam.
Using manipulation and coercion to trick someone into giving you something is a scam. This guy just blindsided a friend that trusted him. It wasn't clever, it wasn't funny, it was just lame.

yes , if the official channels are used correctly , that is the character trade forum.
otherwise there are many ways to scam a char
someone obviously avoiding the official method is very suspiscous

BoB members quite regularly scam and steal super caps and titans so its not like this is the first time its happened.
