But i figured it out in the end when he went and called me a scammer, lied and said i toke 3 slots from him in market chat. Reason i am putting this up is so that those who wanted to see this can.. and know that i didnt cheat him or would anyone.

He obviously has no control over his corps lab slots if he's not in the corp. Although I will admit bwil220 sounds like an alt name too. Who knows, who cares. Would be nice for CCP to take notice that their should be a way to buy/sell lab/factory/office space so that no trust is assumed on either side.
