yes we critically need options that we could turn off before big battles wich would make Eve client run much smoother even if it looks worse.

Beyond stupid I say. Why do they care how I play the game? I don't want fancy gfx and laggy laggy.
I want it to run smooth even if I have to reduce everything to boxes. It's not like you can see the models when you are zoomed out anyways.
I'd like to be abel to turn off missile explosions etc.
I have however been todl you can actually just edit the game files to remove the models so just the icon is left. I gotta mess with that myself. Turn off drones etc. Would be sweet. Maybe see if one can replace the models with low polyon models or somesuch.
Now if its true judicator it beats everything.
The devs answer seems like dumb beyond imagination.Yea you must all time admire graphics even if all you can do is sit at station.
As for last part if its so easy why the devs dont add a few buttons that would turn those options on off?

If memory serves me rigth it was Hellmar that made that statemenbt. And you it is dumb beyond imagination.
How am I supposed to enjoy the game and admire the gfx when I get 1 FPS and can't see the enemy, reload my guns, turn my module on/off etc. Answer me this devs, I double dare ya!
I dont care if it was Hellmar or Mr Bush or Einstein who said that, if he said that, its still dumb.
