I've just spotted your shop-thread in the sell orders forum and I think I should drop you a line here for all of us T2-producers.
I think you make a big mistake by giving such market opportunities to resellers.
If you give discount on (your) Jita prices, resellers will take this opportunity to buy a part of your stock and undercut your prices in Jita and everywhere else where you are still active. You support your competitors. Your own sale volume will decrease as more people are active in your T2-markets and play the "-1 ISK-game" against you. You are the one, who gives them the ammunition to do it.
By giving discount on Jita prices you directly hit out against the price that is the base price for all other resellers in EVE as they stock up in Jita. This leads to a chain reaction and raises the pressure on your T2-markets everywhere even more.
By selling to resellers below Jita prices, you do not increase the market's demand. You just increase the amount of people who serve the market and update their prices undercutting your own. You might sell-off now, but as soon as your resellers get the problems you have now (and that is inevitable as market's demand does not increase with what you do) you have feeded an army of resellers who will try to liquidate at all costs -> dumping the price. You just distribute the problem (not being able to sell what you produce) to more people - your future competitors!
I hope you understand the point. I tried to explain it very simple.
You as a T2-producer should always have an interest in an as few as possible amount of competitors!
Well, this is just my personal point of view as a colleague of yours. I would never give resellers a chance and support my competitors of tomorrow.

Thulem,
Well, then I just guess you'll have to figure out how much you'll need to pay him not to do the Market PvP equivalent of using Heavy Neuts against your Nanoship.

If your price is a average of 3days of Jita prices, that means I could get them in Jita for less, usually. Now, if you can beat Jita prices on the day I'm looking to buy....

Looks like a good business plan so far Ling Zai! Congrats and good luck! But I didn't see where inventory and pricing anywhere in the other thread, or the location of pickup.
Something I might suggest is maybe setting up a private forum somewhere for folks to place orders. That give you a little more control and privacy for your buyers.
